This was so quick, easy, and painless. Elmer came in on time and did an amazing job removing moss from our roof and cleaning our gutters! We have solar panels and they even blew the dust from the panels. Highly recommend Eco Roof Cleaning, will definitely use them again!

Eco Roof cleaned our roof, including the removal of lots of moss, and treated it to prevent future moss growth. We live near a creek and they used non-toxic materials. In every contact with them, they were friendly and professional. The young man who came to do the roof was friendly and professional and did a great job, including a thorough cleanup. He showed me before and after pictures. I would recommend Eco Roof Cleaning without reservation!

Julian showed up on time and did an amazing job removing moss and grime from roof. Part of the roof is a flattop and Julian took the time to rinse windows, side of house and door that moss stuck to due to flat top. Highly recommend Eco Roof Cleaning, will definitely use them again!

After a windstorm I noticed the protective metal cap on the top of my chimney was partially blown off - this isn't good, could result in the basement furnace being completely ruined by rain and predicted snow. I searched chimney repair services in my area, none were particularly helpful or responsive - this was frustrating, if I could climb around on the steep-pitched metal roof on my house to fix it I would have. Then I remembered the pressure washing of my roof that Eco Roof Cleaning had performed in October - and what an awesome job their tech, Julian, did. I called Eco Roof Cleaning to ask if perhaps we could work on this chimney cap problem - Julian was at my house same day, he climbed the roof and measured the cap, found by a quick online search a much better cap available at a hardware store in West Seattle - picked it up, climbed back up on the roof, attached it to the chimney, all in just a few hours. Excellent all the way.

Jason Lacy cleaned our gutters and repaired one gutter that had a gap in it. He also inspected our roof and said it looked intact and saw no problems. He was professional and friendly. I would recommend Jason and Eco Roof Cleaning.

We decided on Eco Roof Cleaning because of the number of positive reviews we've read. We're happy to report that our experience is another example of their excellent service.Gabbe contacted us soon after we requested a quote for cleaning the rooftop gutters. She also followed up when they had an opening in their schedule.Julian arrived on time to the appointment. He was very professional and courteous. Prior to starting, he informed us of what to expect. He was very efficient and was done in less time than I expected. He showed the before and after pictures of the gutters and they looked great! I was impressed by his attention to detail with the work he did. I was initially worried that the debris would leave a mess on the ground and on our neighbor's home. However, Julian had also done a tremendous job in that aspect as well, leaving our yard looking cleaner than before he started.I would highly recommend Eco Roof Cleaning, as I would most certainly call them again in the future.

Eco Roof Cleaning is a fantastic company. Responsive, helpful, diligent, professional -- all of them, including the owner, the office staff, and the tech! They cleaned moss off my roof, and helped me unclog a drain to make sure my gutters were flowing properly before the rain really hit. They cleaned my gutters and exterior windows. They communicated well throughout the process, showed up on time (at the early end of the estimated timeframe), were courteous, and did a thorough job. They cleaned up after themselves and I was satisfied with everything. They suggested a roof moss treatment, but they did not pressure me to add it to the service this time around. I will use Eco Roof Cleaning again!

Dylan and Jason from Eco Roof Cleaning removed the moss from my roof and cleaned the gutter. They cleaned up all the debris of moss and leaves off the sidewalk and driveway. They did an excellent job and the work was completely in a timely manner. I highly recommend them!

The professionalism that Eco Roof Cleaning showed was excellent. I requested a free estimate from their website, and immediately received a quote to my email. The office then reached out to me and asked whether I had any questions regarding the process, which was included in the quote. I've used a lot of other roof cleaning companies in the past but did not realize that I should only have my roof softwashed. When the techs came to my house, they reiterated the process again and proceeded to help me understand what they would be doing. Like they promised, after a couple weeks of having the eco friendly solution settle into the roof, once it started raining, my roof was completely clean. I would highly recommend Eco Roof Cleaning.

I Gave a 5 Star, because I was MORE than impressed with these guys. After booking online I immediately received a notification that the job was scheduled and the day and time they would arrive. I've felt with some companies that said they would be at my house on time and we're ALWAYS late! They were prompt, explained the roof cleaning process according to the manufacturer, and completed the work in a timely manner. I also setup a bi-annual maintenance program to clean my gutters and every 2 years to clean my roof(Saved ALOT of money 🤑💰). Thanks again Eco Roof, you have my vote!!
